First-Time Transfer: $2 Rebate

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the $2 promotional rebate for first-time users of PickTrace’s transfer feature to Mexico (“Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

This Promotion is available only to first-time users of PickTrace transfers. If you have previously attempted a transfer, even if it was canceled, returned, fails, you are not eligible for this Promotion.

2. Rebate Details

This Promotion provides a $2 rebate on the transfer fee for eligible transfers. The rebate will be credited to your PickTrace PayCard account account within seven (7) business days after your transfer is processed. You must make the transfer at the standard fee, and the rebate will be applied after the transfer is processed. No discount will be applied at the time of the transfer.

3. Definition of ‘Processed’

For cash pickups, a transfer is considered processed when the recipient successfully picks up the cash transfer.
For bank transfers, a transfer is considered processed when the funds are successfully deposited into the recipient’s account. This generally occurs within one (1) business day after the transfer is submitted.

Transfers that are canceled, returned, or fail to complete for any reason will not qualify as processed, and therefore no rebate will be issued. If a rebate is issued and a transfer is subsequently canceled or returned, PickTrace reserves the right to reverse the rebate.

4. Limitation of Liability

PickTrace is not responsible for delays, technical malfunctions, or other issues beyond its control that may affect the processing of transfers or rebates. By participating in this Promotion, you agree that PickTrace shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or related to the Promotion.

5. Promotion Duration

This is a limited-time Promotion and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at PickTrace’s sole discretion at any time without prior notice.

6. General

This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. PickTrace reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive conduct.

Participation in this Promotion is at PickTrace’s sole discretion. PickTrace reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion at any time for any reason. Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating any rights or claims that you may rely on indefinitely.

7. Non-Discrimination

This Promotion is offered equally to all eligible participants, regardless of race, color, national origin, gender, age, or any other protected characteristic. Any claims of discrimination based on participation or non-participation in this Promotion are expressly disclaimed.

By proceeding with your transfer under this Promotion, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not participate in this Promotion.
